Waverton Day Nurseries would like to offer a warm welcome from our family to yours.

A little bit about us

Tracey Jenkins  – Nursery Owner

Waverton Day Nurseries was founded in June 2013 by Tracey Jenkins who has been in the childcare sector for over 20 years, opening our first setting, Waverton House Day Nursery.

We are family run business with a very honest and passionate approach to child care. We want to provide childcare that supports your little ones in becoming good citizens and well-rounded individuals by giving them the freedom that is needed in childhood to find their own identity and to learn about the world around them.

We decided to open our second setting – Waverton Cottage Day Nursery in 2016, followed by our third setting Waverton Kirkby Day Nursery in 2018 and further more we grew once again and opened our fourth setting – Waverton on Safari Day Nursery in 2020.

We take care of children from babies to pre-school and our vision is to create play spaces that allow your child the freedom to move and explore all aspects of the room they are based in. All children have access to a broad and balanced curriculum and we promote language and numeracy rich environments. Our concept is that if a child is happy in a safe secure environment then each child will develop to its own individual potential. A platform for your child’s future.

With Tracey’s experience in childcare, she understands how important it is to find a childcare provider that meets your needs. This is why Waverton Day Nurseries offer extended opening times to offer you flexibility suited to your work schedules.
