Here at Waverton Cottage we are beating the January blues by taking part in some exercise to keep our fitness and well-being up. We have loved using our exercise mats to stretch, move and relax on. Taking part in exercise teaches us all about how to stay healthy and what effect exercise has on our bodies. We even remembered to take part in a warm down and to drink lots of water during and afterwards.
